At Midnight Hour, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are in unworn and unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
